RATES

Phil charges for his time at an hourly rate of 60.00 GBP - this is for any of his photographic services.

Phil does not round up the time to the nearest hour; e.g if the shoot lasts 40 minutes, 40.00 GBP is what will be charged for that part of the work.

Any post production work on the images that is required is also charged for, such as basic editing / retouching and this has a maximum upper time limit of 3 hours, from any one photo shoot / session.

Very basic retouching (e.g. spot removal) is included into the cost of any ordered prints; more extensive work is only done at the clients request.

Phil also charges for any expenses / materials (postage, travel etc) that he may incur to carry out his duties for the client.

Phil suggests you take the time to check other local photographers prices; you will soon realise who provides a true value for money rate per hour and total commitment to the work required.

LICENCES

Licences* for online use of Phils images (Advertorial / Business / Commercial / Editorial / Newspaper) are calculated on a per image basis** and dependent on the media used and duration.

PRINTS

Prints (colour) are available to be purchased in the following sizes***;

Up to 04 by 05 inches (10.16 by 12.70 cm) at 06.00 GBP per print.

Up to 08 by 10 inches (20.32 by 25.04 cm) at 12.00 GBP per print.

Up to 11 by 16 inches (27.94 by 40.64 cm) at 20.00 GBP per print.

Montage sheets - several smaller images of your choice onto an A4 sheet, like a storyboard of the event, are 16.00 GBP per print.

Plus Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm Postage

Phil will e-mail you the tracking details.

Phil can also provide the prints in classic Black and White, or Sepia toned for that truly vintage look

Just let him know which photographs when you place your order.

Please note the numbers or titles of the photographs that you are interested in, then send Phil an e-mail

(See CONTACT DETAILS for address) with your order - including your full postal address.

Once he has received your order, Phil will send you an invoice via Paypal to your e-mail address, and on satisfactory receipt of your payment, Phil will send you your prints.

Phil will send your prints to you within 35 business days of payment receipt (dependent on his workload)

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made by the client in two parts;

Part One is for his attendance at the assignment / shoot itself and the post production work on the images.

Part two is for any finished prints that you may wish to order

Payment will only be accepted by one of the following methods:-

1 Paypal - Phil will send an invoice to your e-mail address

Phil will add 5% of full total, including the postage cost, to cover Paypal charges.

2 BACS - details can be supplied upon request, if you prefer Bank transfer.

3 Crossed cheque made payable to Philippe Russell.

4 Cash / money paid directly to the photographer, a paper invoice / receipt will be provided.

All payments must be in UK GBP Sterling, Phil will not accept any other currency.

Proof of postage of remittances is not considered proof of receipt, and clients are advised to send payment by any method affording proof of delivery.

Payment is required within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the invoice****.

*All licences are non exclusive - e.g the client will not be permitted exclusive use of the image for the duration of the licence.

**Licence prices are non negotiable and are commensurate with standard freelance rates.

*** All print sizes are dependent on the dimensions of the finalised image file.
