When you make a booking for a photographic session, acceptance is based upon Phils current workload and availability on the required date(s).

Once the commission has been provisionally accepted, Phil will send you a booking confirmation e-mail.
Please reply that you agree to Phil being booked and to his terms and conditions.

DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure Phils services

Private Individuals
Phil will send you an invoice for a refundable deposit of 120.00 GBP via Paypal, which will be deducted from your final bill.

Companies / Organisations
Phil will send you an invoice for a refundable deposit of 240.00 GBP via Paypal, which will be deducted from your final bill.

If the total time on the assignment comes to less than this, you will be refunded* the difference.
The deposit is to be paid within 7 (seven) calendar days of the booking being made.

A cancellation by the customer after acceptance by the photographer, will incur a cancellation fee as stipulated in Phils terms and conditions file (visit my Terms and Conditions page to download a PDF file).

NEW CLIENTS

Please view the Terms and Conditions page and download and read the PDF file - when you have done so, please send Phil an e-mail to confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions for this and all subsequent bookings.

PREVIOUS CLIENTS

If you are a previous client, you are deemed to have already accepted Phils terms and conditions and there will be no need to sign a booking form.

PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 16

For the photo shoot, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and you will need to complete a release form before any photographs are taken.

MODELS

For the photo shoot, Phil would prefer you to bring a chaperone (if possible), and you need to complete a release form, before any photographs are taken.

EXTERIOR SHOOTS

Phil will bring an assistant (female) to help with lighting.

PLEASE NOTE

Phil does not drive, so he has to rely on public transport to get to the location, so if the weather is particularly bad (e.g. snow) on the required date, Phil will have to cancel the booking as the logistics will prove too difficult.
* Refund will be in cash. (for which a receipt will be required) or bank transfer or Paypal only.
