This service* is available for members of the public, solicitors or businesses who require an accurate photographic record of personal injuries.

Phil will work closely with the client & their legal representatives to obtain the best photographic evidence to assist their case.

This service includes:

Photography session at Phils studio or at the clients home.

Two sets of up to 10 colour prints at 04 by 05 inches (10.16 by 12.70 cm), all uniquely numbered on the print side and signed and dated by Phil on the reverse.

A personal identification photograph of the client (head and shoulders).

General and close up photos of the injuries with indication of scale where appropriate.

A signed certificate of photographic authenticity with a description of the photographic coverage

A list of image reference numbers, date and time of photography

All printing of the images is carried out in-house to ensure maximum confidentiality

Payment required within 7 calendar days of session.

Posting of the prints will occur within 10 business days of payment clearance

and sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (signed for) delivery.

Phil will e-mail you the tracking number

The photography session with the client will be handled with care, respect and sensitivity.
